A Happy Day

To begin with, I got the letter from the bank today with the title to my car. I'm finished paying it off now, and it still has a few years of excellent driving. Those who've read this site for some time, may recall that my last car burned up in the garage in February of 2005. Since then, I've been stuck with a car payment. Once again, I am car payment free. Oh happy day. If I were a good planner, I'd keep making that payment into savings for the next car, but it probably won't happen that way until this summer.
NCT Remember Me! is out the door and in the hands of someone who will (I hope) be making a very public showing of its use soon. The new deployment model works well and I'm pretty excited to see it dropped into place. I'm planning to support Linux servers next. Maybe just as simple as recompiling with the API under Linux. It should be, and time will tell.

This is not quite a scam because it's technically legal, but it's run very much like a scam. This company works with a few "clients" that have vast repositories of copyrighted images.
