Here's what FEDEX considers helpful
By Andrew Pollack on 07/03/2006 at 03:26 PM EDTNote on these screenshots, that the overnight package sent on July 1st, was listed as being in Boston at 8am on the 3rd, and scheduled for delivery by 3pm that afternoon at my location -- 2.5 hours drive from that airport location in Boston. Now, after FedEx has "Helped" the package is shown STILL in Boston, and scheduled for deliver on the 6th - a full 3 days later.
WTF? I'm fairly sure I could BICYCLE to Boston AND BACK in less time than they seem to plan to take to get this package to me. I am now seriously frustrated with them.
On the positive side, if you've ever had the option of picking FedEx or UPS on a web site at about the same price and wondered if one was better than the other.....I guess the answer is fairly easy to spot. I probably will not have the slightest pause in choosing at any future date.
