From Rob Novak's presentation covering the installation of Websphere Portal Server, comes this slide comparing the difficulty installing that application to his new weight bench.
The caption, if you can't read it, is
"This is the Wieder Pro 4000 weight machine. It took 7 hours to assemble. WebSphere Portal Express took 100 hours to assemble. Any questions?"

This is not quite a scam because it's technically legal, but it's run very much like a scam. This company works with a few "clients" that have vast repositories of copyrighted images.
