Follow-ups that are as simple as right-click to manage, automatic highlighting of mail you need to look at based on recipient (in this case, from my wife), and the little blue circle that indicates if you're the only one in the sendto on the message, or one of a small group, or its a big bulk mailing.

This is not quite a scam because it's technically legal, but it's run very much like a scam. This company works with a few "clients" that have vast repositories of copyrighted images.
