Cumberland flood 2007 - Heavy rains and 50 mile per hour winds mixed with occasional snow does a number on us.
By Andrew Pollack on 04/16/2007 at 04:48 PM EDTHere's some pretty raw snapshots taken from the front seat of my car as I ran around dealing with fire department stuff this morning. Featured are flooded out roads, down power lines, and general ugliness. More rain and wind is expected for the next two days. We're taking shifts manning the station and trucks, with Engine 1 positioned at a construction company garage on the east end of town while flood waters make response to that area from central very slow.

This is not quite a scam because it's technically legal, but it's run very much like a scam. This company works with a few "clients" that have vast repositories of copyrighted images.
