When it comes to performance, there are dozens of small choices made in configuration and design strategy that can really make a big difference. The best hardware won`t keep up if you make the wrong combination of choices, but even inexpensive hardware can handle a large application if you make the right ones. This is not quite a scam because it's technically legal, but it's run very much like a scam. This company works with a few "clients" that have vast repositories of copyrighted images.
