Updated Blog Template - Finally on-line

I plan to extend this template to the main NCT site very soon, and then the links across the top will make more sense as the whole of the "NCT" site and the "BLOG" site will finally be a single integrated user interface.
Let me know if you see anything that isn't working. Try using the site search, that is the biggest change I've made.

One small nit is that the comment form is hard to fill out on a mobile device.

This is not quite a scam because it's technically legal, but it's run very much like a scam. This company works with a few "clients" that have vast repositories of copyrighted images.
