What's the most boring show on cable you get sucked into for reasons you'll never understand?

I'm sitting here completely fascinated by one of the most insanely boring programs I've ever watched. I realize that doesn't make sense, but that's the way it is. Its worse than watching golf and yet somehow I can't turn it off. If you're really, really board, check out Ice Road Truckers on the history channel.
