The template for presentations at Lotusphere 2008 isn't ready yet. So I took a guess today.

Make sure when you tab in your first set of bullets are the same as the
background colour.

Using Keynote on Mac or Powerpoint on a PC makes absolutely no difference here.
Bad "Powerpoint" clearly covers bad "Keynote" just as easily. Training on how
to put together a presentation has to happen regardless of the operating system
and presentation software. The problem would apply to clear sheets placed on
an overhead projector too.
The thing about presenting is this: If we do it well, it looks easy. That
doesn't mean it is easy. Frankly, it can be exhausting to give a two hour
presentation.
